C|3 Lofts - Downtown LV

PROJECT BRIEF:

C|3 Lofts is a multi-family mixed use development project located in the Arts District. Done as part of Ryan’s work with Almany Architecture. The Program includes: 48 units with 11’ ceilings and private patios. Units range from 480 s.f. studios up to 960 sf 2-bedroom units. Ground floor entry units and commercial space suitable for a restaurant or bar use help to activate the streetscape and a second level communal deck with BBQ shade canopy offers a place for lounging and congregation.
